Most Recently, I was the Director of Sales Enablement at Cision, a comprehensive communications platform enabling public relations and marketing professionals to understand, influence and amplify their stories.

1. Led the onboarding team to onboard new sellers in North America with a goal of 90 days to ramp, we hit our targets and new sellers were closing deals in 70 days.
2. Developed ever boarding with Sales Readiness team to ensure new sellers continue to grow and develop and existing sellers have the ability to upskill.
3. Worked with Marketing and Product Marketing to launch products to all of Sales in North America.
